Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SalesSpoon, a point-of-sale app for food businesses, provided by ZeroEfforts Technology ("we", "us"). By using SalesSpoon, a hotel and its staff agree to these terms.

The service

SalesSpoon lets a hotel record orders, manage its menu and staff, track credit-account customers, and view sales reports. Access is per hotel and requires an active subscription; hotels start on a free trial.

Accounts and access

• A hotel admin is responsible for the staff accounts they create and the permissions granted to them.
• Sign-in is by phone number — keep the phone used to register secure, and tell us if it's lost or changed.
• We may suspend access if a subscription lapses or if the account is used in a way that violates these terms.

Your data

The orders, menu, staff, and customer records a hotel enters belong to that hotel. We store and process it to provide the service — see our Privacy Policy for details. A hotel is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters and for having the right to record information about its own customers.

Subscriptions

Continued access to SalesSpoon requires an active subscription. If a subscription lapses, the hotel keeps read access to its own data but can't record new orders until it's renewed.

Acceptable use

SalesSpoon is for legitimate business use by food businesses. Don't use it to store data you don't have the right to hold, attempt to disrupt the service, or access another hotel's data.

Availability

We aim to keep SalesSpoon available and reliable, including offline tolerance for billing at the till, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and aren't liable for losses caused by outages outside our control.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
