SalesSpoon is operated by ZeroEfforts Technology ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect through this website and the SalesSpoon app, and how it's used.

This website

This site (salesspoon.example, a placeholder domain) doesn't run analytics, doesn't use tracking cookies, and has no forms that collect personal data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, request time) for security and reliability — we don't use these to identify individual visitors.

The SalesSpoon app

SalesSpoon is used by hotel staff and admins, who provide:

• Phone number, used to sign in via OTP or PIN.
• Business data they enter — menu items, orders, staff records, and reports — which belongs to the hotel using the app.
• Customer records a hotel adds for its own credit-account customers: a name and, optionally, a phone number. This data is entered by the hotel, not collected directly from those customers by us.

This data is used solely to provide the billing, menu, staff, and reporting features of the app, and to operate each hotel's subscription. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with third parties except infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, SMS delivery) needed to run the service.

Data retention

Business data is retained for as long as a hotel's account is active. Cancelled orders are kept, not deleted, so a hotel's records stay auditable. Contact us if you're a hotel that needs data removed after closing an account.

Your rights

If you're a hotel staff member or admin and want to review, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, contact us using the details on our Contact page.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if how we handle data changes, and update the date above when we do.
