Who is SalesSpoon for?

Small Indian food businesses — restaurants, messes, and eateries that bill customers on the spot. It's not built for lodging or room bookings, just the food side of the business.

How does billing work?

An order is recorded in one shot at the till — items, quantities, and the total. There are no running tabs on an order itself; once it's billed, it's billed. Corrections happen through a clean cancel-and-rebill flow, never a silent edit.

What if a regular customer wants to pay later?

That's what credit accounts are for. Unpaid orders add to a customer's running balance, and any payment they make later settles it down — no separate notebook to keep in sync.

Can I give staff limited access?

Yes. Staff can be set up to open straight into billing, while Admins get billing plus menu, staff, reports, and credit account management.

What devices does it run on?

SalesSpoon is a phone app for Android and iOS — no laptop or back-office computer needed. Store links will go live here once the app is published.

What language does it support?

English and Tamil today, with more planned. Each user picks their own language, and it defaults to a sensible guess based on the hotel's state.

Is my data safe if my phone loses signal at the till?

Billing is built to be offline-tolerant, so a patchy connection at the counter doesn't stop you from taking an order.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new hotel starts with a seven-day free trial, with all features included. Reach out through the Contact page and we'll get you set up.

How much does SalesSpoon cost?

Choose 30 days for ₹599, 180 days for ₹3,499, or 365 days for ₹5,999. All prices include GST, cover one hotel with unlimited staff, and do not renew automatically.

How do I get started?

Reach out through the Contact page and we'll set up your hotel and start your seven-day free trial. The store badges on the home page will become download links once the app is published.
